“The Divine Mother is not a woman, nor is she an individual. She is in fact an unknown substance. Any form that she takes disintegrates afterwards – that is love.”

-Samael Aun Weor, The Yellow Book

i. Language and harmonics of the universe

A mother is a creation pattern. An order. A harmonization of opposites. A continuum of beginning, middle and end. One in three parts. I am not talking about biological “mother” and I am also talking about biological “mother”. A mother joins together 2 things to make 3.

We can see this in every aspect of creation which, I believe, is why our most ancient creation myths, our original cosmologies, always begin with a mother. Mother destroys in the creation process. Creation is not just life, it’s not just fruit or seed or root, it’s the harmonization of birth and death and all of the ways that they are expressed when harmonized . Life is birth and death in harmonic resonance. A perfect fifth. *
